diné sand painting murals

in place of sand i use chalk ~ then paint ~ it soaks in

buffalo circle 9 by 7 foot acrylic on raw canvas

mother earth circle 8 by 7 foot acrylic on raw canvas

we will draw a small 1 first ~ pencil on paper ~ use math to lay out

 add color with crayons or colored pencils
